Service Description

If you've been wanting to give Pilates a go but haven't been sure where to start, this course is for you. Over the 4 weeks, Sophie will guide you through a varied programme of Pilates exercises designed to build stability and mobility, ease back pain, improve core strength and help you regain balance. Suitable for men and women of all ages. Pilates is a mat-based, low-impact form of exercise that uses your own body weight to build muscle mass and strength at the same time as improving your flexibility and mobility. The result is a rapid improvement in your overall movement confidence, balance and strength. Pilates is also wonderful for helping with chronic back pain - in fact, I'd always recommend Pilates over yoga as a way to eliminate your back pain as it's very precise, measured and controlled. A lot of the movements will be familiar to you if you've ever been to see a physio. Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
