Service Description
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues, ligaments, joints and fascia, through long-held, passive postures. Unlike the more dynamic styles of yoga that we offer - where there is a focus on flow and finding meditation through movement - Yin encourages stillness and surrender, holding poses for several minutes to allow for deep release and increased flexibility. You'll have time to focus inwards and explore subtle shifts in your body as you ease into the postures. This practice works to enhance circulation, improve joint mobility and promote a sense of calm and balance in both body and mind.

Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
