Service Description

Are you a man wanting to get into yoga, but worried about being the only man in the room? Worry no more! We've got the perfect class for you. This workshop is taught by Iain and is specifically designed for men so you can feel confident that the class will work for you and help you enjoy yoga, no matter whether you're a beginner, retuning to yoga or a more seasoned yogi. Yoga is physically very beneficial for issues such as lower-back pain, tight hips, poor posture, tight hamstrings, tight chest and rounded upper back - all issues common in our modern lives (and exacerbated by running/cycling/lifting/sitting for long periods). You'll leave feeling stretched out, more mobile and more body aware. You'll also encounter some of the stronger, weight-bearing postures of yoga to work with your upper body strength. Yoga is also incredible relaxing, calming and lowers cortisol levels. The breathwork brings clarity and focus, and the mindfulness will help you sleep well and deeply relax. After the workshop, you'll feel confident to come to any of our weekly classes, even if you'll be one of the only men in the room! Give it a try.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
