Service Description

Join Alice for this lovely yoga class - suitable for beginners, or more experienced yogis. This class moves at a slightly slower pace to our other yoga classes, giving you more time to find alignment in the postures, creating space for you to breathe deeply, move with intention and improve your focus. If you're someone who dreads a downward dog, or struggles to find enjoyment in vinyasa, give this class a try - we promise fewer downward dogs! A lovely soothing class for the middle of the week - perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, those wanting to move more gently or wanting to spend more time on alignment. Benefits: - increase strength and flexibility - improve mobility and functional movement - deepen your understanding of the yoga asanas (postures) at a pace that suits you - lower cortisol levels, reduce stress and anxiety - improve focus - improve sleep quality - reduce brain fog and improve clarity of thought - practise mindfulness while moving - improve posture and stability - feel wonderful at the end!

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
