Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Start here! Join us for a friendly 4-week beginner’s course at our small local studio. We’ll move gently, laugh often and create space for every question (no matter how small or silly it might feel!). Four weeks of classes to gently master the basics, build flexibility and strength in a friendly and supportive class. Yoga is a wonderful tool for physical and mental health - aiding relaxation and lowering stress levels, as well as improving your physical movement. The class is limited to 10 people and is taught by Andy and Jo. Andy will teach 3 weeks, and Jo will teach one, so you can get an idea of the different types of yoga (and teaching) out there. If you've any questions or worries about joining us, please just drop us an email and we'll be happy to chat through it with you. A little about Andy: As someone who cannot be said to be either super young or flexible (his words, not mine!), he is a firm believer that yoga has something to offer to everyone. He will gently guide you through the basics of yoga in a fun and supportive way. When Andy is not teaching yoga, he's an artist and teaches karate. A little about Jo: Jo has taught yoga for over a decade, and set up The Well House two years ago. She loves teaching beginners and helping to make everyone find their own way to enjoy yoga :) Any questions at all, please just email us!
