Service Description

Pilates is a whole-body, mat-based and low-impact method that uses body weight to balance strength, flexibility and stability for optimal movement. Pilates focuses on improving functional movement, which you can take from the mat into your daily life. This is a great class for people who want to improve core strength, get rid of back pain and increase muscle tone quickly. While our Pilates classes flow gently through the movements, it is at a slower pace than yoga and can be more accessible if you’re brand new to this type of movement. Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
