Service Description
Perfect for beginners, those building their Pilates knowledge or those rehabbing injury, surgery, pain or returning to movement after a break. A fun, friendly and accessible class. On a Thursday this class is taught by Jo, and on a Tuesday evening it is taught by Fiona. The pace of these classes will be steady and accessible, allowing you to go at your own pace and find what works for you and your body. If you've been telling yourself 'I'm too stiff/weak/sore/old' to do Pilates - you're not! Pilates can be brilliantly adapted for every body and is incredibly beneficial to your everyday movement, no matter your starting point. Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 24 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
