Service Description

This is a really fun class that uses simple ballet techniques and movements to tone and strengthen the whole body. It is wonderful for your LEGS and BUM! This class is mat-based, working on balance, strength and poise through classic ballet movements and simple flowing sequences. No ballet experience required. Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
