Service Description
We call it Pilates, but in reality we add in lots of stretching (yoga), physio-advised exercises and mobility sequences as well. Although all our classes will ease back pain, this is the one you need if back pain is taking over your life and you want to deal with it holistically, get off the painkillers and begin to move without fear again. This class is specifically designed utilise all of the most up-to-date research on how to treat back pain, to give you quick results and relief. Expect a gentle class where you can move within your pain-free range of motion, stretching and strengthening, improving posture, easing tension and re-programming the pain signals being sent to your brain. Cancellation Policy
We can accept cancellations up to 48 hours before the booking start time. You can rescheduled and change your booking to a new time slot up to 24 hours before the booking start time. Please email and let us know. We cannot offer a refund if you fail to show up.
