Service Description
The Post-Natal Check-In is an excellent way to get back into exercise after having your baby, whether that was six weeks ago, or six years ago. This private class includes a postural assessment, abdominal assessment, focused core, stability and pelvic-floor work, and a flowing, calming yoga sequence, with deep relaxation. The class gives you the time and space to focus on any areas of your body where you’re experiencing pain or instability, discuss anything you’d like to work on, talk about and process the birth, learn about post-natal recovery, and adjust to your post-natal body. You will leave with a personalised exercise programme and the confidence to keep exercising, whether that is at home, or in a studio class. The sessions are 1 hour long, £45, and come with a free post-natal meditation track. You can choose to bring your baby or leave them at home. This class is suitable for any mum following the 6-week post-natal GP check-up. Cancellation Policy
We can accept cancellations up to 48 hours before the booking start time. You can rescheduled and change your booking to a new time slot up to 24 hours before the booking start time. Please email and let us know. We cannot offer a refund if you fail to show up.
