Service Description

Growing a human is HARD WORK. Our pre-natal classes are designed to support you every step of the way, using breathwork, yoga sequences, stability exercises, visualisations and birth prep. We start with relaxation and breathwork, move into mobility and gentle stretches, then run a sequence of postures together to create a flow. The class ends with a longer period of breathwork, deep relaxation and yoga nidra. You can start this class at any point in your pregnancy - the class will cater to women at different stages. Around every six weeks we host a hypnobirthing evening as well, where you can get a feel for hypnobirthing and learn how to prepare for a calm and informed birth. Our pregnancy classes are 1 hour long with an extra fifteen-minute space to chat at the end. We provide teas and snacks :) • Improve strength and stability as the baby grows • Ease aches and pains • Connect with your body and your baby • Learn different breathing techniques for labour • Learn how to remain calm and in control during labour • Aid relaxation • Improve pelvic-floor tone and awareness • Boost mood • Reduce nausea • Increase energy levels • Connect with other local mums-to-be

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
