Service Description

It’s easy to get a bit addicted to yoga! And this is because of its incredible mood-boosting powers. Yoga can take many forms, and if you’re a beginner, it can sometimes feel a little like a club you’re not part of. At The Well House, all our classes are welcoming and suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike – the teachers offer adaptations and progressions, and tailor the class to the people in the room. So you can confidently book on to any class, no matter where you are on your yoga journey. We primarily teach a ‘vinyasa’ form of yoga, which simply means moving fluidly, breathing deeply, and finding flow state through a number of different postures. Benefits of yoga: • Tackle anxiety, burnout and overwhelm • Reduce back pain • Boost energy • Improve sleep quality • Increase mobility and flexibility • Strengthen the whole body • Calm the nervous system • Lower cortisol levels • Challenge yourself to learn something new; encourage playfulness • Improve balance, posture and body awareness You can drop-in to this class using a Drop-In One Class pass, or you can buy a multi-class pass for savings.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens, and so we've made it easy for you to reschedule a class if you find you can no longer attend. You can do this by logging into your account, going to 'my bookings' and rescheduling to move to a different class. This must be done at least 12 hours before the class start time. You can book onto a class up to thirty days in advance, meaning you can plan out and book your month of classes easily.
